Our story

Founded in 1986 by Carol Yule and Carol Bland, Central Coast Physie & Dance fosters a vibrant and inclusive community. Dancers of all ages and levels can develop their skills, passion, and confidence while connecting with others who share a love for Physie & Dance.  Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned competitor, we encourage all members to embrace their full potential. Our supportive environment inspires personal growth, builds meaningful connections, and empowers everyone to thrive. We are based in Central Coast, NSW.

Our dance style

We’re proud to be part of the Australian Physie & Dance Association (APDA), offering a unique blend of different dance styles. The syllabus promotes flexibility, strength, and posture. With over 120 years of history in Physical Culture, we joined APDA in 2012 to provide our dancers with the best possible foundation for growth.

Classes for All Ages

From children as young as 4 to adults up to 70, we offer classes for everyone. Whether performing individually or as part of a team, our members have the opportunity to compete locally and nationally, all while building confidence and lifelong friendships.
